Cinnamon Pretzels

This might sound a little bit weird to you because most of the time cinnamon is used when it's winter...
But these pretzels smelled and tasted so great! I just had to share this with you guys!
And the best thing is: they are so superduper easy to make! So these pretzels are also a great opportunity to bake when your having friends over, or when you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen, baking something delicious for your guests - or for yourself - ;)

THE RECIPE

Ingredients

♥ 10 sheets of puff pastry (or you could use 450 gr of puff pastry)

♥ 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

♥ 4 tablespoons of sugar

HOW TO

Step 1. Making the cinnamon-sugar filling

Mix the tablespoon of cinnamon together with the 4 tabelspoons of sugar in a bowl. Put al little bit less than a whole tablespoon on 1 sheet of puff pastry. Spread over the whole sheet. (If you don't use 10 sheets of puff pastry, but only 1 big sheet, divide the sheet in 10 equal pieces)

Step 2. Putting it all together

Roll on the sheet of puff pastry. Pull both sides apart.

Then roll both sides towards each other until they've reached the middle of the roll, in a pretzel-like form.
Do these 2 steps with all of the sheets.

Step 3. Baking

Put the pretzels on a baking tray and bake for about 12 minutes on 220 °C.

Serve these delicious cinnamon pretzels with a cup of tea!

YUMMIIIIIEEEE!!
